PROJECT CONTEXT

Engineering the right source of useful heat.

Real facilities, published project context and equipment integration.

The challenge

Large paint shop make-up air requirements create significant heating demand. The facility needed controlled industrial air delivery while reducing conventional fuel use.

The solution

SolarWall façades were integrated with the existing paint shop air supply. Heated supply air was routed through a controlled mixing arrangement with automatic dampers that regulate process air conditions.

Published outcomes

The SolarWall Türkiye project profile documents approximately 1,436,400 kWh annual natural-gas savings and 255 tonnes annual carbon reduction. These are source-reported project figures, not independently re-measured by this website.
