PROJECT CONTEXT

Engineering the right source of useful heat.

Real facilities, published project context and equipment integration.

The challenge

Automotive paint and flash-off processes use energy-intensive ventilation and thermal air supply. The facility needed to integrate solar assistance into an existing production system.

The solution

Solar-heated outdoor air feeds the existing air-handling equipment and heating coils. SolarWall adds a preheating stage rather than replacing the existing controlled production heat source.

Published outcomes

SolarWall Türkiye reports approximately 122 tonnes of annual CO₂ savings in the project profile. The “up to 40 °C” item refers to published supply-air requirements, not a guaranteed solar-only temperature rise.
